Bright golden colour, very fragrant perfumed bouquet with delicate and complex fruity, mineral flavours.

Light and dry, fruity with a splash of lemon acidity. The palate is a judicious combination of zesty character with a refreshing aftertaste.

Beaujolais

Grapes: 100% Gamay
A blend of grapes from the Broully and Regnie A>C> vineyards. Bright ruby, typical Gamay nose, fresh fruity, soft and round.

FLEURIE DOM. PARDON (13%)
Grapes: 100% Gamay
The most popular of the Beaujolais Crus. Bright garnet, light flowery bouquet and very fine, elegant silky fruit. Gold Medal, Paris 2006

Chablis

CHABLIS DOMAINE DEFAIX (12.5%)
Slight green/gold colour, fresh crisp bouquet and characteristic steely, mineral flavours. Good balance of fruit and acidity.

CHABLIS PREMIERE CRU DOMAINE DEFAIX (13%)
A classic! Full, flinty and crisp yey supported by a good strenght of fruit. Excellent "gout de terroir"

Loire: White Wines

MUSCADET DE SEVRE-ET-MAINE (12%)
Grapes: Melon of Burgundy
Produced and bottled in the Loire area to ensure that it retains the individual character of its origin. delicate and crisp flavour.

SANCERRE CLOS DE BANNON DOM. FOUASSIER (12.5%)
Grapes: 100% Sauvignon
Light golden colour with a tinge of green, redolent of gooseberries and harmonious fruit and acidity on the palate.

POUILLY FUME DOMAINE DES CASSIERS (12.5%)
Grapes: 100% Sauvignon
Gold tinged with green, smoky grassy nose and a slightly fuller, deeper flavour.

Loire: Rose' Wines

CABERNET D'ANNJOU DOMAIN DEL LA PALEINE ROSE (11%)
Grapes: 100% Cabernet Franc
Deep salmon pink, fragrance of light red fruits, fresh and round fruit flavours for very easy drinking.

Deep purple/red with a rich peppery fruit bouquet. Made from 75-years-old wines, this is a rich smooth wine with intense deep fruit flavour.
