Grapes: Garganega, Trebbiano di Soave
Pale straw yellow aspect; dry, medium well-bodied, harmonic taste with very delicate smell vinous taste; delicate bouquet reminescent of violets.

CHARDONNAY "ESSERE" IGT (12%)
Grapes: Chardonnay
A fine characteristic elegant and noble odour and a dry occasionally soft inviting and extremely fine flavour.

SOAVE CLASSICO SUPERIORE DOC (12%)
Grapes: Garganega, Trebbiano di Soave
Dry, easy drinking wine, delicate and refined bouquet, straw colored with light but well-balanced body.

PINOT GRIGIO DELLE VENEZIE FIORILE IGT (12%)
Grapes: Pinot Grigio 100%
Strong aromatic fragrance; pale straw yellow aspect; full, soft taste with certain brightness; intense fragrance

"NIBAI" SOAVE CLASSICO DOC (12.5%)
Single Vineyard Grapes: Garganega andTrebbiano
Straw-yellow colour with a vinous bouquet and a characteristic deepened delicate scent. Dry, austere and well balanced.

LUGANA "CENTO FILARI" DOC (13%)
Grapes: Trebbiano di Lugana (90%), Chardonnay (10%)
From the souhern shores of Lake Garda. Straw yellow with greenish highlights. Well balanced, medium bodied, fresh, fruity and smooth.

MITICO CHARDONNAY DELLE VENEZIE DOC (13%)
Grapes: 100% Chardonnay in Barrique
Brilliant pale straw colour with gold highlights, fragrant floral bouquet with hints of vanilla.

Grapes: Corvina 60%, Rondinella 25%, Molinara 15%
Pale rosy pink colour; very fruity bouquet, light, fresh pleasant taste.

Refreshing, fruity wine with a slight rose' hue, excellent taste.

Grapes: Corvina 80%, Rondinella 15%, Molinara 5%
Full body harmonic taste, fullgarnet red colour with an intense vimous bouquet. The grapes are dried before pressing. One of Italy's most authoritative wines.

AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA DOC "BOSAN" (15.5%)
Grapes: Corvina 80%, Rondinella 20%
Extraordinary wine, refined in oak barrels, barriques or casks. Its charateristic fragrance of cherry merges with hint of spice, cocoa and vanilla. Full velvety flavour, displaying a warm, elegant body.

Obtained from the hill-grown grapes - refined smooth flavour

Grapes: Rondinella, Corvina, Negrar and Rossignola
Light ruby colour with elegant bouquet; vinous and delicate taste with an attractive slightly bitter finish.

FRIULI GRAVE MERLOT FIORILE DOC (12%)
Grapes: 100% Merlot
Good body and ample flavour; fruity and armonic taste.

VALPOLICELLA "ESSERE" DOC (11.5%)
Grapes: Corvina, Rondinella e Molinara
Produced in the hills north of Verona. Ruby red colour of moderate intensity. Delicate and characteristic bouquet reminescent of almond.

BARDOLINO CLASSICO DOC (12%)
Grapes: Rondinella, Molinara, Corvina, Negrar and Rossignola
Light ruby red with a fruity taste; dry, savory and harmonic taste

VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO DOC (12.5%)
Grapes: Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, Molinara
Full-bodied with with dense flavour, mature and warm bouquet.

MITICO MERLOT DELLE VENEZIE DOC (13%)
Grapes: 90% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon
Full-bodied with intense colour and elegant bouquet.

MARA VALPOLICELLA SUPERIORE DOC (13.5%) Vino di Ripasso
Grapes: Corvina 75%, Rondinella20%, Molinara5%
Full-bodied, good bouquet with a velvety taste. The grapes are refermented on the Amarone skins, delivering more body and alcohol.

"BOSAN" VALPOLICELLA SUPERIORE DOC (14%) Vino di Ripasso
Grapes: 80% Corvina, 20% Rondinella
Predominant cherry bouquet overlaps with pleasing hints of cocoa, tobacco and vanilla. Powerful but soft, velvety body.

RECIOTO DELLA VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO DOC (14%)
Grapes: Corvina 65%, Rondinella 30%, Molinara 5%
Velvety taste; harmonious, aromatic with a hint of sweetness

Paladin

Valentino palain - Lison - Pramaggiore
Paladin wineries are among the most representative of Eastern Veneto. They are located in Lison - Pramaggiore DOC, where the Veneto and Friuli regions meet. Soil composition is fundamental to the personality of every wine. The vineyards are cited in a calcareous-clay soil of alluvional origin, where calcium, phosphorous and potassium combine to provide an ideal balance for good ripening on the wine, a good reserve of sugar in the grape and for the best aromas.

SALBANELLO IGT (11.5%)
Grapes: Cabernet and Malbec
Melow Malbec and rich Cabernet are blended to create a medium-bodied red notes od redcurrant and raspberry on the nose, velvety taste and supply finish. A very adaptable drinkable wine

REFOSCO DAL PEDUNCOLO ROSSO DOC (12%)
Grapes: Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso
Intense red colour, a vinous odour and a dry, rounded and full flavour.

TURRANIO SAUVIGNO di LISON DOC (12%)
Grapes: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Pale yellow wine, typical sauvignon bouquet of melon, peach and pepper. Dry, clean, a notably persistent taste.

Bottega

One of the best known producers of sprits and speciality wines.

FRAGOLINO ROSSO DOC (10%)
Grapes: 100% Cortese di Gavi
Straw yellow, reflecting pale green. Well structured, harmonious, persistent and inviting to drink. Persistent scents of fruit and flowers.

Maule

Casa Vinicola Iseldo maule SNC - Gambellara - Vicenza
The cellar was established in 1958 by Iseldo Maule, a skillful expert in the production of wine from the Gambellara area. Over the years the company specialized in the production of wines of "Gambellara Classico", following establishment of a DOC. Exquisite "Vin Santo Classico" has been produced from Garganega grapes for over thirty years.Maule wines are to be found in thebest italian wine shops andrestaurants.

GAMBELLARA VIN SANTO CLASSICO DOC (13%)
Grapes: Garganega
Rich and deep golden colour, and aroma of honeycob and perfume. An aristocratic wine that has a long persistent and delicate finish.

Contarini Spumanti

Contarini Spumanti Srl - Conegliano (TV)
Contarini Spumanti is located in the Eastern Veneto, near Conegliano Veneto, an important wine producing area with a noble tradition. The most important wine produced in this area is Prosecco. Contarini Spumanti produces a range of high quality wines in respect of great enological tradition consolidated over the years.

Grapes: Prosecco, permitted adition of Verdiso, Pinot Bianco, Grigio, Chadonnay

PROSECCO DI VALDOBBIADENE SPUMANTE BRUT (11.5%)
Dull straw yellow colour with fine persistent sparkle-aromatic fruity bouquet. Scents of acacia flowers naturally fermented in autoclaves.

RABO ROSA EXTRA DRY (11.5%)
Extra dry prosecco bearing all the characteristics of a traditional quality prosecco vinified "inrosato" from red-skinned grapes.

Le Pignole

Casa Vinicola Frigo - Vicenza

ROAN DOC (12%)
Grapes: Cabernet Franc and Malbec
Intense ruby red colour with a characteristic herbaceus and ruity bouquet. Mellow and harmonious full-bodied taste.

Maculan

The Maculan family have extensive vineyards holdings in the Breganze region. Fausto Maculan is best known for his stunning dessert wines, of which Torcolato is regarded as Italy's most serious rival to top quality Sauternes.

TORCOLATO DOC VINO DOLCE NATURALE (13.5%) Dessert Wine
Grapes: Vespaiolo, Garganega, Tocai
Gold colour, intense bouquet of aples, flowers, honey, sweet full taste.

Mionetto

Mionetto Spa - Valdobbiadene - Treviso

Located in the heart of Valdobbiadene DOC and established in 1887, Mionetto has become a leading producer of fine prosecco and is a wine of choice throughout the world.

PROSECCO SERGIO EXTRA DRY (11%)
Delicate pale yellow, characteristic aroma with a hint of honey and wild apple. Smooth with the right degree of acidity, medium bodied, with a subtle yet intense and consistent perlage.
